Arrow keys, WASD and joystick to move. Easy difficulty has the cars come out every 2 seconds and only requires 10 points to win. Normal difficulty has the cars come out every second and requires 20 points to win. Hard difficulty has the cars come out every 0.75 seconds and requires 30 points to win! Infinite mode has the cars start out once every 1.5 seconds and slowly increases the rate at which they come out to once every 0.75 seconds. There is no win condition in infinite mode.
