The Kiyl Bureau L1 is made by a new government agency headed by Alfred Kiyl. The Kiyl Bureau has been developing this for years, but after about a month ago an Elevian Airlines flight crashed, the flight crew had no way to tell the base where they were. So Aldrania has used a technology used in the radio to send out thousands of radio signals and if one hits a plane it will bounce back, telling the exact X Y Z position and showing the location on a small map.
This plane is a bomber but has two other variations. One, the torpedo variation used for naval bombing, two the civilian airliner. With 5 crew members and a capability for 9 passengers the aircraft can fly from the capital Dyna about 500km away. It goes at a speed of 35 KMPH at max, and if there is no load and just the crew and maybe one passenger it can go at 55.
