He is of indeterminate age, but clearly shares many characteristics with young children. He is like a bottomless pit of sugar consumption. He isn't like the Flash where he sees everything in slo-mo, he just processes real fast. He sees everything in real time. The average reaction speed is .2-.25 seconds, the fastest reaction times are .1 seconds. His reaction time of .05 is a tad above average.
