Hoi peoples, For the first time in forever I coded something and made my own art for it, that's good. I like the idea of the neon-ish parts glowing in the dark Anyways, this is my entry for the 90+ DTA The eyes look a bit off... There's not much else to say . . .
----------------------------STORY TIME----------------------------This currently unnamed character was an unfortunate victim of a series of tests, ranging from biological changes to their DNA all the way to being tested in a series of events similar to events in Portal 1 and 2. Every time they fail one of these tests one more stripe appears on their forearm, the song playing represents the endless amount of test rooms and chambers they had to go through to finally escape the facility they were being held in... I also did not use the wings, an explanation to this would be the scientists experimenting on them clipped them off so they could not fly away. ------BUT THATS JUST A THEORY, AN OC THEORY------
