I found some concept art on Legacy Collection's gallery for Mega Man 3 of a character who looks an awful lot like Mega Man, so I drew him in sprite format (not sure if he looked exactly like this.) EDIT: turns out the character this sprite is based off of looks nothing like this, the belt and square brain dome thing was all me. I guess this counts as an OC then?
