- Malenkia-Eodi Land Lease Treaty - February 14, 2025 -- - Overview - The Parliamentary Calepantakian Republic of Malenkia leased Imdatokki, an area of 0.15 acres, to the Sovereign Democratic Republic of Eodi and Its Autonomous Regions until 12/31/25 11:59 P.M. Eastern Standard US Time. This is because Eodi is a really small country and they just wanted more land, and a good source of it would be their much bigger ally, Malenkia. Malenkia has a lot of unused land, so Malenkia would be perfectly fine with lending land. Imdatokki will be in possession of Eodi until the end of 2025 unless things change. Imdatokki will be considered part of Eodi and Malenkia at the same time but will be mostly part of Eodi. Eodi will now have a territory of 0.45 acres (0.30 as core and 0.15 from this lease). -- - Terms - Imdatokki is defined as an area of land of 0.15 acres in the US state of Nebraska. It is located in the Malenkian province of Stokam. It will be leased to Eodi until 12/31/25 at 11:59 P.M. Eastern Standard US Time. After this time, all and every physical object on Imdatokki and its territory will be put back in Malenkian control. Imdatokki will be established as an autonomous administrative division and will therefore have some freedom in its governing (this governing will be done by the leader of Malenkia). As of now, any infrastructure, equipment, items, or other materials that are put on Imdatokki soil will be under the authority of Imdatokki. However, if Malenkia requires anything physical they dropped in Imdatokki after the treaty, they can take it back. Border checks will not be required because that is stupid (but we recommend passports). However, if a non-Malenkian or Eodian party (citizen) crosses into Imdatokki, they will be held for trespassing and illegal border crossing (and therefore prosecuted or shot if they pose any danger because this is America still). A Malenkian and Eodian citizen will be able to cross or stay in the leased land. There shall be no military hostility or equipment in Imdatokki. Malenkia has the authority to build an industry on Imdatokki, however, they must receive a permit from the central Eodi government to do so (it will be easy).
