I have no reason to believe scratch is run by humans at this point. There's too much evidence pointing to scratch being AI with little being towards humans. Now i do believe the emails responses is given by humans but other than that i don't believe.
Also you're free to use the AI scratch cat costume i made for whatever just credit me.
