(However not everyone is here) if you want to be in it. Go remix the project. Choose the number you want to be (It will only stop to 100) and make the design Here are the Rules: 1. No NumberScratcher’s that have 0.5 blocks (aka halfs) 2. I’m not adding 51-99 (which are the rest of the 50’s and 90’s) 3. No inappropriate or violence on your character 4. Add your voice (because I can’t just voice them) 5. Only use these numberblocks parts inside the project 6. You have to make the design because I can’t just do it for you (you may also get a little redesign) 7. Make sure you give your character a gender 8. Make sure you give your character a name 9: you can’t use text to speech for the voice 10: don’t make your character look bland or unoriginal. 11: don’t change or ruin the other characters while remixing 12: don’t just make your character a recoloured numberblock 13: if you don’t read these rules.
