Click Bill Cipher to gain points, with those points, you can buy other anomalies of Gravity Falls and in order to win, you have to buy Bill, and all of the other creatures 10 times. (but you don't have to buy Bill 10 times). Btw, Journal 3 is a special challenge for people who beat the game.
