For @THEGRANDPERFECTNAME Feel free to make any changes you want! I mainly just fused Bio Lizard and Perfect Chaos, since you wanted to choose between the two, leaving room for anything you want, but couldn't think of right off the bat. I don't know if this is the greatest vector out there, but for some reason I'm not that good at making reptiles. Still, I'm sure this is a fine vector. I'll allow you to both name him and make up his lore. I also made an EOOA3 style (that is very similar due to complexity) if you ever want to add him.
