(my explanations suck, don't they XD ) 4.) don't just use the paint bucket 5.) you can use other sites, EX. Pixlr Express/Editor 6.) take your time on this 8.) please add a cool background, you don't have to draw it or stuff like that, just add a background 9.) add a cool effect to the base 10.)
