Hello! This is my very first MAP (that I'm hosting) and I'm really excited! The song is Rivers and Roads by The Head and The Heart. This MAP will have 16 parts (17 counting the intro). To make this MAP easier for me to compile, I've decided to use only half of the song-- so it's around 2 minutes instead of 4 minutes long. This song seems to be about a breakup (whether it's a breakup between a couple or a breakup between friends or a breakup between siblings, it's up to you to decide). If I give you a part, your job is to portray this breakup between two or more people, using as many expressions and hints and words as you need. By the way, the parts can vary from a mere 4 seconds to up to 19 seconds long, so please take time to pick whatever length of part you think you can fill. Remember, there's no turning back once you decide on a part, so choose carefully! Keep in mind that your animation cannot be any longer or any shorter than the music. Even a second can throw off the entire animation! There are some regulations as to who may contribute a part. First off, you need to have had experience, and please send me a link to at least one of your animations (whether it's a part for another MAP, your own original animation, or something else). You'll get a month to complete your part, but if something happens or you just don't think a month is enough, feel free to request more time and we'll discuss. Your animation must be done on a black background. Your drawings should be white. (I want kind of an old-timey effect.) The characters in your animation can be any creature (or even a plant?) but I'd like you to stick to animals and avoid humans. PLEASE NOTE: Your part should be done as a remix of this project so that I'll get an immediate notification when you're done and so that I don't have to scour all of Scratch looking for your part. The code to join is joiningniniobaka'sfirstMAP. To request a part, say "Can I have Part _____? joiningniniobaka'sfirstMAP" or something along the lines of that. Also, when doing your part, please delete all the sound clips BESIDES that of your part to make my life easier. No hard feelings if you forget though. Enough talk. It should say "Rivers and Roads MAP." Then, "hosted by @niniobaka." I'd like the writing to be done by YOU in YOUR handwriting. No using the fonts provided by Scratch, please. Also, if it's not too much for you, animate the letters to look like they're shaking/wiggling. Hopefully you know what I mean.
