basically, in the future one of the chaos drones saw taizai and how the cc saw success after his creation so in a last ditch attempt before time travel, he got one of shups old backups threw some aether's stone shards at it, then hit it with enough electricity to raise the dead, and raise the dead it did, wasureru is a pretty lowkey chill guy, he has little to no power since the aether's stone was mostly drained at this point. usually you'll see him just away from everyone else and being in his own world
