A complete and utter disaster for the Spanish Guerillas. The battle started when the French amphibious assault was ambushed by Spanish Guerillas. However, the French had predicted this due to past wars with the Spanish, and had studied the environment and has made new anti-guerilla tactics. Outwitted and (BY FAR) Outnumbered, they were forced to retreat, with an extremely high amount never making it back home. The battle was such a disaster, that it influenced Spain's desire for peace.
