1: The Kingdom of Spain concludes a non-aggression pact and furthermore undertakes not to not to initiate, encourage or participate in any action, diplomatic, economic or otherwise, whose real or reasonably foreseeable objective is the political or territorial unification of the territorial unification of the Iberian Peninsula under the aegis of a single sovereign entity or a single governing body. 2: All individuals residing within the territorial jurisdiction of the Kingdom of Spain, or otherwise subject to its legal authority, shall be granted and guaranteed the fundamental rights and freedoms recognised by international law and applicable national legislation, without legislation, without discrimination of any kind. 3: Spain signs a treaty of non-aggression with France for a period of five (5) years from the date of its entry into force.
