This is Dr.White's father,General White,real name is Donald White. He could be selfish but mostly meaned well. People say he was a dictator who dictates what to do... This was supposed to be him in his twenties,way before he gave birth to Dr.White..... He neglected his son to the point he acted like a spoiled brat,just because he only cared about his job...... He had died recently.....
