CHAPTER ONE : : : PROLOGUE Lemonade woke up in a dim, dusty room. Stirring slightly, he got up and went to look for his brother. “Lime!” he barked, “Lime come! Now!” he yip-yapped until a small, translucent-lime-green pup bounded over “Limeade here!” Limeade said cheerfully. Lemonade rolled his eyes, “Where are we?” Lemonade sighed. Psssssh-TSH! The door opened. “Limeade see exit!” he said happily. Carefully, they both walked towards the now open door. “Excuse me, where do you think you're going?” a tall figure said. Slowly, the pups looked up, “a….human? Where ARE we…” Lemonade growled. Suddenly, he was lifted from the ground, “HEY!! PUT ME DOWN!” he barked and barked until… CLICK! A muzzle forced his mouth shut. ZZ-Clip a collar was put around his neck, a leash clipped to it. Lemonade was confused. He whined as the human put him down and picked up his brother. Limeade was frightened as the muzzle, leash, and collar were attached to his slimy fur-ish coat. Once Limeade was put down, he ran to Lemonade in a frenzy of fear. The hug was cut short due to the human grabbing their leashes, “I’m doctor Stracy Sulivion, and I work here at Fruity labs. You two are a danger, and we are going to figure out how to control you,” Stracy said in a monotone, kind of annoyed-sounding voice. Lemonade tried to pull away, but it was no use. Lemonade and Limeade were then pulled to a white room. The muzzles were taken off, and so were the leashes. Psssssh-tck. The door closed behind them. Lemonade melted his slimy body into a puddle and tried to go underneath, but once again, it was no use. “Shoot…” he muttered, turning back into his normal form. Limeade scratched at the door “Limeade out! Limeade out!” he whined, “Yes Limeade, I know you want out. I’m trying to figure out how to get us out,” Lemonade layed on the ground and groaned, Limeade following his steps. After hours of laying there, trying to figure out how to escape, Lemonade got an idea, “What if we mix? Want some Sprite, Lime?” Lemonade tilted his head as he waited for Limeade to respond, “YEAH!!!” Limeade bounded over to Lemonade, and together they made a merged version…Sprite This beast roared as they charged towards the door. Breaking the door, the beast let off the red alarm. Scientists scattering and running, trying to contain the beast. The beast roared again and started charging into walls until they saw… “Dr. Sulivion” the beast ran before picking up the doctor with its sharp teeth and biting his head off! All the scientists ran away, terrified. The lab was now theirs. They unfused and ran around to look around at all the experiments that were locked up….what will they do with them?
