France has given these demands to Spain. They are negotiable: 1: Give up on any and all European Conquest, 2: End any and all co-conspirating with Austria, 3: Stop ALL killing and deportation of Frenchmen, demilitarize it's land border with France, 4: AND vow to never do such a depraved act again. If Spain outright denies these claims, then a naval blockade of Spain shall occur, and if Spain dare declare war, they shall be crushed.
