I'm not done yet, I'm planning on making it interactive and I need to fix a few glitches. You can control the speed of the PPATV by using the left and right arrow keys. When Scratch Cat goes on vacation, he takes his Penguin-Powered All-Terrain Vehicle. Penguins can swim and walk so they are good for crossing water too :) -@Paddle2See
