Probably could be better P1: Speed Demon is like the most scripted character in the game so its a guaranteed strat Counter the taunt for power, then block his next two punches and counter punch (this will get you the rest of the meter). Dodge and block the other stuff he throws, then counter the taunt with the super attack for an instant knockout.
