What if Ristar was in Dragon Ball? - Part 1 [WIP]

Many years ago, there was a young star. This star was named Oruto! She was a kind soul, aswell as a brave one. During this same time, however, there was an evil emperor; Kaiser Envy. For the longest time, he and his dynasty had terrorized the Valdi system; ruling over it with an iron fist. However, Envy was beginning to grow old. He had a good successor, in his son, Greedy, but he could not ensure that he would keep their dynasty afloat. So he decided to end his reign with a bang. Envy declared his intention to invade Planet Flora; a small (around mars-sized) green planet in the Valdi system, and so he does, nearly destroying the planet! In their desperation, the people of Planet Flora begged and prayed to the stars, and so Oruto, feeling bad for the people, descended! After a long fought battle, Oruto sucessfully defended Flora against Envy's army, and so Oruto was hailed as a hero! Much time has passed since then, however. Oruto has become a star goddess, the compassionate mother of stars, and Kaiser Envy has been long dead. Now Greedy has become Kaiser; a Kaiser of a sick and perhaps dying empire. In the place of Envy's dynasty, a new strong, totalitarian empire has emerged; the Arcosian empire, under King Cold and his son, Frieza. Recently, Frieza had destroyed the home of the Sayians; Planet Vegeta. Kaiser Greedy decided to visit King Cold to congratulate him on his sons victory over the Sayians.
