A combination of two ideas i had. Stop sign’s only remaining friend from pre-la:ui, who’s made a deal with hypno. Acts as a sort of comedic relief for abandoned, usually with Hat himself being a cliche detective and hypno being… hypno. he has a western accent. btw hes ftm
