Put incorrect answers in the incorrect sprite and put correct answers in the correct sprite. Put the corresponding questions into the question box. Feel free to add more. You will have to add more messages and duplicate the correct and incorrect sprites and then add more question costumes. If you think 3 questions is enough, feel free to leave it that way.
