I think weather you're a parent or a student you've seen the computers schools use (not the chrome books.) If not look up what they look like (In the US). I use to use that for scratch after I could no longer use my iPad. But I finally got my own personal computer and can finally use scratch without it being a part modern-day torture method because of how slow those pieces of green cardboard in a case are.
I will be working on projects much mor now that I've finally got it fully set up and its not slower than a slug.
