so this is Thunder Dolphin. Thunder Dolphin is the best OC ever created. he is a dolphin with lightning powers. He used to live underwater in a house and watch rom-coms all day, until one day the IRS blew up his house for not paying taxes. He tried to run away, but was caught and arrested for tax evasion. He was sentenced to death by electric chair, but the lightning gave him powers instead of killing him. now he fights crime and stuff above water. he's really edgy and while he's a good guy, he's not a good person. also don't annoy him because he is dangerous. never go swimming with him because he could kill everyone in the pool instantly if he wanted to.
