Lohnei the Hedgehog was a normal hedgehog living in Green Hills with his village. That was, until the Eggbots arrived, and they ransacked the village. They burned the houses down, killed everyone, and took all the babies and children in. Recently, after failed attempts at making Sonic's power, Eggman searched everywhere for hedgehogs like sonic. He took in all the children and began to experiment on them. This brutally damaged the babies, not only physically, but psyhologially too. However, soon enough, Sonic arrived with friends. They fought back against Eggman, and freed everyone. It was a little too late, as mostly everyone there was in their 20s, and have been being experimented on for years. This led to Lohnei gaining a new ability, he could phase through air and solid objects when he ran. He dubbed this power Phase Shift Velocity, and while this was a good thing, it also made a weakness for laser weapons. Due to mass PTSD, when he was freed, he didn't trust anybody. So, he ran and ran. He decided he couldn't trust anyone.
