The Centrum is a secret branch of the Marican government that sorta acts as our own version of the SCP foundation, only its state run. But this is their very first public appearance as the bight situation leaves them no choice but to come out in the open this one time to fight it..... The Centrum officially proposes an alliance with the SCP foundation(@31jgraham ) & to create a coalition against the Chaos Insurgency & blight. As the Chaos Insurgency is obviously the one behind the spread of the blight, if the Insurgency is willing to weaponize SCP's against mother earth....... They are not worthy of living with her in the first place........... President Olivia has officially declared the Chaos Insurgency a terrorist group, & has authorized the Centrum to conduct mass raids & assaults on Insurgency sites to fully eliminate their filth once & for all..... Context on the Centrum(or at least what they'll let me show you): "The Centrum" was created 200(well, now its nearly 300) years ago during the first gem crisis, it is tasked with studying & reverse engineering alien technology, from the multi-dimensional super empires, to minor interstellar powers. It is also tasked with protecting the solar system from supernatural threats(or "SCP"s as the foundation calls them) & it is also tasked with imagining new ways of survival for humanity. They have created several protocols & super weapons across its almost 300 year history, from protocol -072 which does [CLASSIFIED] to secret protocol-90426 which is meant to [CLASSIFIED] & we cant possible forget protocol-0372! which in the event of [CLASSIFIED] would help humanity to [CLASSIFIED] in order to survive.
