I... am Steve. "I am Steve" will play at random. Use the slider to adjust the frequency of the Steves. Higher means more. After changing the frequency I would recommend clicking the flag to reset the Steves. There are 5 Steves. The amount of time it takes for one of them to appear ranges randomly from 0 to (300-3f) seconds with f meaning frequency. This is single handedly the dumbest thing I have ever made.
