PL: 1+ A new OC, I know. But let me explain. He is actually not what he seems - this form is artificial, and so is he. It is intended to have the same memory, knowledge, everything as the good in all my OCs' lore. But not the power. His power is only a decent amount, but it is eternally increasing by a very small amount until he becomes the form he once was, then 'he' will be released, and the 'two' will fight once more, perhaps being the largest 'fictional' war to be created, but research is still being done.
