In December of 2008, DCRC GP7 #113 which still wears it's Union Pacific paint passes through Knights Landing with two hoppers from Premium Rice Group in Robbins. The GP7 started it's life on the WP as their 711, before being transferred to the SN, after the merger it was renumbered and repainted to UP 113 but was soon retired and sold to the DCRC. It's Nathan M3 had gotten fouled quite badly after years of differed maintenance and almost sounded like a steam whistle. It's horn was given the proper TLC in 2010 by a small group of railfans and now sounds perfect.
@ToyotaReborn for the hopper and GP7 base @AK4NamedWilliam for the crossbuck @Etdi2021 for the number font on 113
