If One Thousand was fat, then One Million is pretty much the definition of obese. This is my prediction if the limbs just stay the average size as they do always, and never grow. What's the issue here? It means that, eventually the NBs will become so gigantic that it'll be not relevant to physicalize them at all. For example, One Billion will basically look like One Million (With a round eye) but with her limbs being practically invisible with a microscopic numberling. This is why it's never a good idea to physicalize NBs well over a thousand or ten thousand, because their limbs will be just too small.
