DON'T ACCEPT SIGNUPS UNLESS YOU'RE AN ADMIN. this is the checklist admins should follow when checking over signups! Admins can accept themselves. 1. Check the clan/group to see if it's yours! If so, proceed. 2. Check if the prefix has been reserved a. if it has, check if the person that reserved it is the same that is signing up with it 3. Make sure the prefix is allowed. If you are unsure, ask me. 4. Check that the age group/rank is open! 5. Check that the personality is balanced and in +=- format 6. Make sure the appearance is somewhat realistic (other than the aesthetic trait) 7. Also, make sure they only have one aesthetic trait. 8. Check the codewords and make sure they're correct. 9. Make sure that this is not a 3rd living character without a special slot. 10. If this is a character from a litter, don't accept it until the parent/litter creator confirms it
