The Blue Army is basically just the nickname for Akvilan-aligned forces in Trawea, it also shows a newer uniform for Libjerg, which is basically the Akvilan uniform, but with purple cuffs and a symbol on the beret, which was done to simplify logistics and help Akvilan forces tell who's enemy and who's not.
