This is the Waveshock Mythical, Kecika. Its a technological creature intended by gods to judge the dead's sendings to either heaven or hell. It was dropped into the real world after the Ring Battle of Ancient History. Again, you can't just simply HAVE one of these. Only best friends get one of these(they get to pick btw)by just being gifted them. You have to work extremely hard to get mythicals normally.
