What is this??! -HI!!! okay first this is an Ota (offer to adopt) which means you offer for characters using ART BUT this is an Ota Collab sooooo.....an Ota Collab is when you use a certain theme (zodiac moodboard s for this case) and (after filling out a form for a certain moodboard) you draw the character based on the moodboard!!! and once I have all the entrys then I make one big Ota!!! Ok just to let you know at the big ota your designs are put in it and if someone wants to offer then you get to accept or decline the offer, and if you accept you get the payment for the design.....and them the person who payed gets the design!! (if you have any questions just ask!! :3) RULES (I know they are boring but you gotta read them) 1. NO coping art, stealing art, or using bases!! (if this happens you will be disqualified >:( 2. FILL OUT THE FORM (or else your submission wont be counted) 3. Be KIND to ALL (this includes not being mean about someones art ) 4. You must follow the moodboards theme (PLEASE) 5. You can make Humans, animals, or human animals (its up to you just make sure to follow scratches guide lines :) 6. You will get the payment for your designs so you'll need some kind of refs for the payment!!! (more about this in form) 7. if I don't reply it is a polite no sorry 8.
