Next each citizen gets their own personal AI that's basically a super nerdy doctor that's inside of there head because now at birth each child has a chip put into they're brain (yes it has a fail safe so that it doesn't fry your brain and turn it into smokey barbeque.) Next lets talk about wealth, we implement a Resource-based Universal Welfare system. Each citizen can now trade and barter across realms for resources and skills. Citizens can now collaborate with others in their universes to create businesses and share knowledge on an empire-wide scale. Now in education, everything is better! For one thing now it's actually fun! Recess is back for both middle and high school, kids can find they're own way of doing things, and now they're are by Reality Hopping Classrooms. These classrooms (they're more like VR head sets actually) will allow students to virtually "hop" between "dimensions" to experience the lessons in real time. A math lesson on the theories of space-time could be taught in a "parallel universe" where gravity is entirely different. Imagine students learning quantum physics in an actual black hole!
