Instructions

Background Information: This roleplay will start of at around the year 1000 after the complete collapse of an empire. Keep in mind the technological restrictions of the age, but with sufficient roleplay on developing new technologies, you can develop weapons and other technology decades before it was actually discovered. Note, you will discover more continents and landmasses as you spread out from the main continent. Biome information: Light green: Extremely arable land, ideal location for crops to grow. Green: Plains, mostly large, flat spaces of land with small hills, quite arable, easy to grow crops. Dark green: Forests, a massive abundance of resources like wood, timber, and there may be ore bodies beneath the forests, and a variety of flora and fauna. Grey: Stone hills, essentially small mountains, but they can still be traversed quite easily, large abundance of resources such as stone, surface ore and some caves. Dark Grey: Mountains. These are incredibly hard to traverse, but hold massive amounts of resources, including surface ores and low earth ores, as well as large amounts of caves leading deep into the earth. Weather here may also be deadly. Light brown: Wasteland. It is a very desolate biome, full of toxic gases and toxic material scattered across the surface. Metals such as uranium, as well as other rarer, special metals can be found here. White: Arctic. Covered in snow all year round, it is very difficult to settle here. However, resource reserves beneath the snow are worth it. Light blue: Ice shelves, vast ice continents where civilisations can settle, who knows what else is beneath the ice. I don’t think there is enough space here for full descriptions, so if you want to know more about other biomes, ask me directly. Rules: 1. No deciding outcomes of any sort. If you try, you will get a strike. Do not make assumptions that have not been confirmed either, or act on assumptions. 2. You can argue with other players on their activities if they are unreasonable, or if they do actions without knowing you already set up defences confirmed by the host, but I will decide the outcome of whatever arguments occur. Using rude language will award you a strike. 3. Wars are decided by me(if the outcome is obvious) or by chatgpt or novel.ai (mostly novel.ai). Use of words in your battle plans like "I won" or "we safely" etc. is banned. If you do want to use these words, put "attempt" in the front of it. If someone declares war on you, you will have 24 hours to respond to their initial attack plan or their plan will work (to an extent). Tip: Set up a defence plan in case you ever go AFK for a period of time. 4. This is going to be a VERY slow RP, so each rl day is only 5 years. 5. You will need to train troops, as army sizes will be recorded. Better trained troops are better than untrained conscripts, so be careful! 6. There will be AI nations, so trade, ally, or destroy. There will also be random events, which will be rolled by a die everyday. A disease might break out, a natural disaster might come forth, or there might be absolutely nothing. 7. There will be individual cities and towns in your nation, and each will have a loyalty number which I will record. Some things that might affect the number is distance, foreign influence, or excessive suffering. Your territory can't keep expanding without you building more cities. They will also have a population and city level, which affect how much you can passively expand and production levels. 8. Everyday, your territory grows passively in a radius around each city, unless stated otherwise. 9. Fantasy races are allowed, however no magic just the physical and mental features.
