A: No, but I am close for to finishing the first draft of my newest book! Q3: First person POV, second person POV, or third person POV? A: Third person Q4: Do you have a favourite author? If so, who? A: Yes! Tui T. Sutherland, author of WOF Q5: Do you want to be a writer when you're older? A: Definitely! Q6: Do you have any advice for writers? If so, what is it? A: Writing isn’t easy! Don’t give up when it gets hard! Q7: When it comes to writing, are you a perfectionist? A: I don’t view myself that way, but i do believe some might say I’m a perfectionist because of how many times I rewrite things. Q8: Have you shared a story on scratch before? A: I’m doing a comic! But a written story…my closest thing is a writing contest entry. Q9: What's your favourite plot structure? (7 point plot structure, hero's journey plot structure, etc) A: Hero’s journey! I think it offered up amazing world building capabilities and is one of the most classic fantasy plots! Q10: What's your inspiration? A: Scratch comics, really! They help me come up with story ideas I would’ve never thought of! Other than that, normal books! Q11: Do you like making graphic novels/comics? A: yes. Q12: Poetry, or story writing? A: Story writing! Poetry isn’t my thing. Q13: Fiction or non-fiction? A: Fiction! I love creating worlds, and it’s not possible in non-fiction! Q14: What's your favourite book/series? A: WOF, warriors or skyborn! Q15: Do you believe in writers block? A: yes, it can be a struggle to create things Q16: What about reader's block? A: no. You can never not want to read. Q17: Do you like putting references in your stories? (references to other books, a movie, songs, etc) A: I’ve never done it, and I don’t plan to, but it does sound fun, and only people who know about will think it’s funny, Like an inside joke. Q18: Do you like writing chapter books? A: Yep! Q19: Realistic fiction or unrealistic fiction? A: Unrealistic, though sometimes I will add things that are semi-realistic Q20: Have you ever written a character based on someone in real life? A: I have made a few self-insert characters, and ones based off of characters in other books, but not anyone other than me. Q21: Do you give MBTI personality types to your characters? A: No, actually! My characters do not have trauma! Q22: Writing in a notebook or writing on google docs? A: I use the note app on my I-pad or phone, so ig google docs? Q23: What do you think is the best thing for someone to do when they get writers block? A: read! It helps me get inspiration for my story Q24: When did you realize you wanted to be a writer? A: It was a while ago, but I believe I wanted to make a WOF fanfic, and while I was writing it got incredibly immersed in the process and loved to write and create worlds Q25: Do you have a lot of OCs? A: yes. Q26: Do you have a lot of stories you are writing? A: Yep! 5-10, I believe! Q27: What's the most difficult part of planning a story? A: Getting the plot figured out, making scenes that work with the story and making the characters fit with your vison. Q28: Do you do journaling? A: no, but once I had to for an assignment. I didn’t like it much Q29: Do you write in one specific way/theme, or lots of different ways/themes? e.g. fantasy, third person, non-fiction, first person, second person, fiction, etc A: Third-person fantasy or fanfictions! Q30: Do you find it hard to write the first chapter/ prologue? A: Kind of, you need a way to kick off the book and get your readers interested! I know I only did thirty, I’m sorry!
