I've decided to completely rework OnOx's backstory and implement him into the story of the Darkness Council. OnOx is a part of the Exverse division of the Darkness Council. And yes, the Darkness Council is a team that goes across the multiverse. He's the right hand man to Kadrenaline, who pretty much manages everything that goes on in the Exverse division. While Kadrenaline's power ability is telekinesis, OnOx's power is Mind Control, meaning he'll probably be able to bring the team against eachother. I hope this vector is able to be used in EOOA3 soon!
Design Changes: - His 'more evil' form is now just his base form. - I sort of fused his old base form and his old monster form into one whole design. - Darkness Council hat.
