Drag the clothes on the Girl/Boy. If you click the girl or boy it will change to a boy or a girl. You can change the bedroom, by clicking it. you also get a doggy, There are more hair color options. You can click ALL the clothes to change the color. (and dog) Click the green flag to restart.
