| "hey! slow down, you're going too fast!" | this is an entry for the khelkah art competition notes drawn on kleki, effects on pixlr e time taken: 2 hours characters: thechi-lacerro hybrid: suniaku albino thechi: itaan-alyr | "it's your fault you can't keep up, silly." | as the two khelkans rose higher into the clouds, their shouts and calls increased in volume. "wait, wait," the grey thechi pleaded, wings flapping furiously. "ughhh, fine," the rose-coloured khelkan slowed her ascent, hovering to wait for her sister. "now can we start?" she pleaded. "okay, sure, just let me catch my breath first," the ivory thechi shook out her wings. "ready! race you!" suniaku tucked her wings into a steep dive, falling from the sky at a breakneck speed. itaan-alyr was close behind, gaining on the hybrid. their descent was short and quick, the thechi just coming out ahead of her sister. "that was super fun!" suniaku said, her whole body radiating joy. "we should do it again!" "... maybe another time," itaan-alyr said, landing silently.
