The Mexican government wants this rightful amount of land to be fair in order to agree to the liberation. THIS IS NOT THE OFFICIAL PLAN, IT IS JUST A DRAFT. The name "Unificationist States of [Nation Name] is just a default name & the name that'll be recognized by the soon-to-be Grand UltraFederalist Senate of Solis. Each nation or "commonwealth" as will be the legal term for them can choose their own titles. In a nutshell, Marica plans to unify earth & the entire solar system under UltraFederalist & Unificationist principles. Each region of earth will be unified in a UltraFederalist commonwealth, a federation that can do just about whatever it wants except break the constitution or declare wars on other countries or members of the UltraFederation, make alliances, ect. All commonwealths will send a elected senator to the Grand Senate that will decide on foreign for the entire UltraFederation. Its kinda like a confederacy, only the central government has a bit more power. Each commonwealth itself is its own U.S style Federation made of its own states states, has its own constitution, flag, anthem, ect. All cultures & ethnic groups will be protected, racism & bigotry will not be allowed to be practiced by any of the commonwealths, free speech & other basic & natura human rights will be maintained. New Technologies will be exported across the UltraFederation to finally win the war against poverty, famine, & disease. The endless cycle of war will finally end. Corrupt bureaucracies will be replaced with elected "Technocratic Congresses" made up of only the people who have worked with the thing they are managing. The world will finally be at peace, we'll turn this solar system into a great Galactic superpower & promote our Unificationist system across the known universe! In a nutshell, we plan to unify each region in earth & the solar system into its own mini-USA(a better & improved version) that sends elected senators to a grand senate that decides foreign policy for the entire UltraFederation & resolves disputes between entire UltraFederation, while the "commonwealths" decide their own domestic policy & have a vote in the Grand Senate. (Also each commonwealth has its own political parties, & can not have its parties in another commonwealth. But we must start small, starting with North & South America! (Don't worry, we have similar plans for the rest of the world)
