The Treaty of Xubic, Amendment One. Awaiting Solitarian Assent. 1: ALL Traweans are deemed equal, and are entitled to share their own opinions, and thus, the right to free speech shall NOT be infringed. 2: The Trawean right to bear arms shall be abolished, and be replaced with the privilege for all Traweans to bear arms, which must be earned via a mandatory background check, a training and safety course, and a clean criminal record. 3: The Republic of Trawea can be forced to hold a federal vote by any member of the coalition, given that there is assent for it by Solitaria. 4: The Republic of Trawea must also enforce freedom of religion, and may not force any such belief onto others.
