she's one of the characters I mentioned in Blitz' character bio, she is known for being Blitz' roommate and girlfriend, she's also Blitz' roommate if you were living under a rock like Patrick Star and haven't heard the latest news, anyways this is Victoria, please be nice to her, she and Blitz have actually been dating for 8 years now since that one day on March 2017, since they were both 16 (and she also helped Blitz with his taxi company), pray that they'll make it and start a new bonding family, also for a fun fact Victoria was born on the same day as Blitz was (April 20th) this is the first female character rig I ever made, but yeah, she will start appearing in projects starting now
