Rules: 1. No stealing colors or somebody spot 2. Colors should at least not suppose to have very Bad Colors 3. Do not ruin those colors they have. 4. Do not move some of the color palettes. 5. If you create your own color palette. Add your actual username. 6. Do not ruin everything. 7. You can add your oc whenever you want on your color palette and color your oc.
