Serif is the fusion of MarioTime and Zenith, formed either by stabilizing WhiteNoise or combining MarioTime and Zenith's SOULs. (The fusion is temporary in the latter case and permanent in the former.)
He's a skeleton, a little shorter than MarioTime, but definitely taller than Zenith.
