The game isn't perfect, but it'll do. I made this game in just 9 days I think, but coding it was pretty complicated. Hopefully, no one experiences issues with lag, even though I made Scratch calculate Pythagoras like 100 times per second lol. I'm a little burnt out now, so I'll be taking a break from Scratch. Controls are explained in-game ❄️Destroy the crystals while battling against monsters and the lethal chill❄️ You have been tasked with travelling to these desolate outskirts to destroy crystals that have been summoning monsters of ice. Once you have destroyed all three crystals, you can return. Don't forget to take short rests at the nearby campfires to avoid freezing to death. The monsters are afraid of the fire, so cannot bother you when you're near them. Our intel has given us data on the locations of all the campfires and crystals in the area. Off-screen crystals and campfires will be marked on the edges of the screen with arrows. ❄️Know the enemy❄️ There are three kinds of monsters out there: - Some are small, and will back up before rapidly lunging at you. You can parry this attack to stun them, or move out of the way. - Others have mouths designed to fire shards of ice. The projectile can be parried, causing it to fly in the opposite direction (hurting however sent it in the first place) - Some are large creatures with strong ice armour. To damage them, you must first use a charged attack to break their armour. Good luck. We're counting on you.
