Proposed Bills: Equal Rights Act (ERA)- A warning system and a warning list and banned list for people who have bullied other Scratchers, the lists will be in the studio description. Mascot Act (MA)- An act which allows and encourages the production of mascots for political parties. Civil Act (CA)- In any worsening circumstances, such as rioting, rebelling or war, use of bad language, or destabilizing peace and harmony between parties, All offenders must be arrested by the Scratchia Militia. When arrested, the offender must be taken to the current president and be questioned. If the chosen answers are valid, they may be let off. Passed Bills: Transparency Act (TA)- An act which ensures that everybody shall help the community out together, and that the strongest people should become leaders. This will most likely be an add-on to the PRA, expanding it to every other position.
