NATO has been disbanded due to the normalization of relations between the Soviets and Europe. America has gone into isolation again, now focused on fighting the cartels, and their war on terror will start soon. Will the Soviets eventually collapse, or stop being a superpower? Or will they rise again to dominate Europe? (USSR is still totally communist) (Yugoslavia also never collapsed, they are a market socialist state now)
