(THIS IS PART OF A DIFFERENT LORE, NOT THE STATE OF SCRATCH ONE). Sirens blare in NW Iowa this morning as a PDS TOA is issued. Audio sent by Emu Otori. Sirens heard: Whelen WPS-4004s(closest ones are 0.25 - 1 mile away), Whelen WPS-2710(only a few blocks away from the recording location, hence the reason why it's so deafening). The 2720, 2790 and 2802 wasn't heard, as well as the UV Vortex in this part of the neighborhood. The 4/5 1003 wasn't heard either.
